DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! I have also been "taken" by this company for a total of $280.00 for an order which was apparently seized by US Customs last December about two weeks after I ordered and paid in full for this luggage item. I have never received written notice from USPS, or US Customs as to why my merchandise was being held in NYC other than for possible trademark violations.

I believe that this company sells merchandise knowingly and fraudulently after processing customer credit card that merchandise will not make it into the country regardless of the no refund policy on custom orders. They are still pocketing the difference from the retail listed price less their cost as a profit.

I have filed a report with econsumer.gov and am also disputing the charge against my bank/Visa card.

This customer is a liar! She ordered from us and her items were seized by Customs. She read and accepted outr terms as posted on the website and decided that she would complain ayway even though she assumed the risk whe ns he placed her order. She assu7med the risk in ordering this product and gets mad because she did not get her items as we told her may happen! Kinda like going to Vegas and trying to get your money back when you lose! She 9is a bad customer and should be avoided at all costs!
