I placed a $250 order with them on 12/14 with a request to expedite for Christmas delivery.  They did not respond.  Christmas came and the goods had not arrived.  I contacted them at info@designplushome.com for an ETA and received no response.  I queried the order status on their website, and it said only "processing" and indicated there had been no payment on the order.  I inquired at paypal.com to confirm my payment, and also confirmed that it appeared on my credit card statement (payment had been taken immediately on the day of the order 12/14).  I emailed them again to ask about the reported status in light of the fact that payment had indeed been taken; I received no response.  Today I notified them that I need an immediate response or will have to dispute the payment.  The failure to acknowledge my communication or make even a simple response leads me to believe the worst of them.  Combine this with the fact that they have taken payment before shipping the product makes them look very shady indeed.  What a disappointing experience.

Now (too late) I see that others have also had bad experiences with the people behind this website.  So I'm moving ahead with my dispute.  No reason to wait.
