DesignQuote.net did not credit my account, nor respond to my emails after a purchase Roswell Georgia

I placed an order to purchase lead credits on 12/23/13. The order went though, and $80 was deducted from my bank's balance instantly. Today is 1/3/14 and I have still yet to receive any credits in my account. I've contacted their support via email and "live chat" several times with the issue.On 12/31/13 I received a phone call from DesignQuote stating that they saw the issue and would credit my account. I made it clear that a refund was my only option, and that the leads I was intending to purchase nearly two weeks earlier were no longer available. They said they do not usually give refunds, and I would receive a call back with an answer on 1/2/13. I never received a call.I called them today (1/3/14) before filing this complain, and got their voicemail. I will be filing a dispute with paypal over the purchase as well.
