In March 2016 I wanted a logo for a new business. One Logo Design advertised a logo for $29.99 but then for $400 they would provide the following. I got UP sold and agreed and paid the $400 and then got nothing but a logo design. They sent me web designs that had nothing to do with my business. They didn’t understand my business and took no time to learn. It is now almost July and no refund, no web site designed. 

I think they are a Boiler Room of telemarketers who get Logo business, and when they up-sell to web design for any amount they can get. They then call in someone who is either in another country or who will work dirt cheap, and they give the jobs to them.

They can rarely, if ever be reached via telephone and they had no voice mail whatsoever. They claim a 100% guarantee and satisfaction, but they have not refunded a penny even though they told me they are refunding my $400, no credit has appeared in the 3 weeks since they have been promising to refund me in early June, today is June 28th.  The original $400 in March 2016 was supposed to include:

 I signed up for this in March 2016

1. I got the logo but it took over 3 weeks, this was because all communication was only by email. Which for a logo is one thing but a whole website? They could not get the website right. They didn't understand my business. I am selling medical products but they designed a site like I was a medical clinic. This went on for several weeks. I tried to explain this so that they could change it but they could not follow my instructions via email. And I could not get them on the phone. Do you know how hard it is to make 100’s of changes to a web site via email?
2. You can almost never get them on the phone; they have no customer service.  They say press 2 for customer service but then the call drops. Their phone system prompts you to leave a message but then it also immediately hangs up. The ONLY way to sometimes get anyone on the phone is to hit #1 for sales. It’s like they have a boiler room of sales guys (and they must outsource the work because you can never get a design person on the phone) but sales can never answer any customer service issues. IF they answer and you tell them it’s a non Sales issue, they put you on hold for 10 minutes  and then the call is dropped. They promised 25 days but  they went went into this non-communicative mode which went  way past the 25 days from when they guaranteed it to be done. In desperation I finally said copy this other web site and then adjust it so that it doesn’t look the same. I emailed them pages of data to upload.
3. They did not upload any of what I asked them to upload. They could not even make changes to the copy that looked any different; they could not even get that right. Now it’s over almost 2 month past the guaranteed 25 days later and I get no calls back. I email, I call and call and the best answer I can get is that they put me on hold and the phone call is dropped. Standard stuff. They agreed I am due a REFUND BUT IT HAS NOT MATERIALIZED IN 3 WEEKS!
4. Now they will not stand behind the guarantee of a 100% satisfaction, a 100% Money back guarantee, and a 100% Ownership rights. I have no ownership, I never got any email addresses, no Domain (it could be used by someone else by now) no Website, no Stationary, no Hosting, no Mobile Responsive essentially none of the above except for the logo.

In the beginning I got emails and calls until I paid the $400. Then I got a logo with a lot of good back and forth calls and emails. But once the LOGO was done, the web site and all of the services for the $400 I got almost no responses. Or they would send an email of what was a gangly mess and there was no way to email them all the problems; it would take days. A phone call would be much easier but they could not make a phone call (probably because they have a guy in China doing the design of the web site). But that was all they would do; email. I call and email that I want my money back that I am unsatisfied, but I have been totally ignored. I do not have anything of what was GUARANTEED in the list above service I purchased for $400 except a Logo design AND A TON OF TIME WASTED, A RESULTANT LOSS OF INCOME AND CHANGE OF DIRECTION BECAUSE THIS WEB SITE WAS DELAYED 3 MONTHS.

This company is a scam because will not or they are unable to make me 100% satisfied or refund me 100%. They were unable to produce a result in 60 days much less 25 days. They did a logo but then said they could not communicate the same way for the web site. They will not refund me 100% or even 100% less the $29.99 for the logo. But that is all I got for $400. They are a rip off and will not answer emails or calls. Jack Williams, Adam Evans (who is now gone)  or Isaac Stevens all were involved, but they all hide and refuse to act like honest people who have not finished the work that is now 3  months from when it was supposed to be finished. They finally agreed to refund me. But 3 weeks later still no payment and they just HIDE! I do not recommend this company for anything more than LOGO design.

So they will use whatever BS they can to not pay a refund. I warn anyone from getting anything more than a $29.99 LOGO design from Designvation
