April 2015 I put out a buyer lead on trade india seeking a merchant who deals with paypal thinking I'd be a protected buyer. Wrong!
Desire Inc is a Indian hair merchant out of Delhi who supplies hair and uses paypal. I contacted them via their website www.desireinc.in looking to make a purchase of 4 packs of natural curly 12 inch wefted hair. They did not promptly respond and when they did they had no clue of the previous emails I sent requesting to buy until I stated they lost a customer due to their lack of customer service skills. Then they sent a paypal invoice and the business transaction was created. They received the payment and did not send email acknowleging even receiving the payment. Even after I sent emails requesting response and tracking number. A couple days later I file with paypal that I want my money back due to non response.
When the company receives the paypal email only then do they email me back upset that I contacted paypal. Only then did they respond like business people should after receiving your money. They promptly shipped my order then. I closed the case because I received the item. Upon closer inspection of the hair I became angry. They did not send me what I paid for. Instead they sent me four packs of hair that was wavy and had artificial curl. Now I'm really upset because this is not what I wanted. Immediately opened up another paypal case.
Now these people are emailing me, calling me odd,etc. Trying to tell me that what they sent me was natural curl. I knew better of course. All I use is natural curl. Paypal ruled in my favor but I would have to send the hair back at the cost of over 100.00!! Upon receiving tracking number they would reverse the payment. This bullshit company had no intention of paying the shipping cost!! I closed the case. Not paying that kind of money to ship back this companies mistake. In email they admitted to not sending natural curly and offered to "help" and correct their mistake. Their idea of that was to send me youtube video's in regard to how to curl this hair with sticks and boiling water. Really?!! Apparently what they are doing and selling as natural curly! I spent 12 hours installing this s**t to find out that it is exactly what I DIDN'T want!! Ever!!
Company asked me what I wanted and I said 4 packs of ACTUAL NATURAL CURLY HAIR. Since then no response. They got the money now. They don't care. Paypal protection isn't very helpful if you have to send it back at the cost of over 100.00!!
If you seek actual natural curly hair DO NOT buy from these people. All they care about is separating you from your money. Don't care about what you are actually trying to buy! They give the usual speel about being in business for years, etc. So pissed right now that this company is MISLEADING their customers!!

I write well because I am intelligent and articulate. Is the merchant suggesting that due to race they don't expect intelligent and articulate writing? Makes me think that the merchant does not "personally" respect a certain client base.
From day ONE I have had an issue with the texture!! Again, case closed due to having to SPEND MORE MONEY to send this s**t back!! So installed it giving the merchant the benefit of the doubt. Hair is NOT CURLY. I sent photos to prove to them the hair possessed NO CURLY RINGLETS!! They then stated they wanted to "help" and sent me those stupid you tube boil hair with sticks video's to curl the hair. If they really wanted to help they would of sent me four bundles of natural curly hair with ringlets at NO COST TO ME IN ORDER TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE!! Now these aholes are stating I "altered" the hair!! Who the fk has time for that?!!
My complaint is about the TEXTURE of the hair and their DISGUSTING customer service skills. Their lies and blame the client/customer should be a HUGE RED FLAG to potential buyers!!!
I tried to work with these disgusting liars but finally had to tell them to leave me alone!! Stop calling and emailing because I was done having my intelligence insulted!!
Do you really want to spend money on people who will readily LIE on customers who may be disatisfied with their order?
Why trust a merchant who readily and easily blames the customer and accuses them of altering hair? Who the hell goes out of their way to just to get "free hair?" Wtf do they think this is? Desperate times? They think that hair is gold?
You have got to be fckin kidding me!!
I await their next exaggerated response and LIES because I have a response FOR IT ALL!! ALL DAY,EVERYDAY!!

Actually scanned through what they wrote. Some of it. Merchants are LIARS!!!
I know exactly how much it cost due to sending hair back before at the cost of 118.00!! Not doing that again!!
I NEVER asked ANY merchant for free hair!! ALWAYS PAY!! Always!! Filthy liars!!
I DO NOT go around ruining any reputation of any merchant out of spite or malice!
I have REPEATEDLY stated to this AHOLE merchant that THE I SPENT 12 HOURS INSTALLING THE HAIR, GIVING them the benefit of the doubt about the texture!! Installed 2 and a half packs. TOLD LYING MERCHANT THIS ON NUMEROUS OCCASSION. IMPOSSIBLE TO SEND BACK!!
Merchant making light of 400 grams of hair but while doing so is actually insulting the VERY CLIENTS who gave them business. Basically letting you know that you WILL NOT be respected due to the amount of hair and money you buy and spend! IGNORANT!!
Good business people would of sent another order out of natural curly hair to their customer. They saw the photo's. They know. Instead they try to insult the customer and lie!!
I surely don't NEED any d**n FREE HAIR.
Bottom line: THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!

The FACT of the matter is THEY DID NOT SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR. Classic blame the client/customer BS!! That is what scammers do!! While they BS all day and F up their clients/customers orders!! BUY at your own risk and take agood look at how they treat their customers. Always blame the customer. No respect or accountabilty for their SCREW UP!! It's the customers fault. REMEMBER that before you send these people money.
I didn't bother reading the long BS drivel they just wrote. All I needed to do was scan board meeting and client to KNOW these SCAMMERS are blaming the customer AGAIN. THEY F'd up the order by not actually having what I wanted!
Why would ANYONE want to spend money with acompany who consistantly blame the client/customer? How many times have we heard this from bad business people and scammers?
ENOUGH ALREADY. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A MERHANT MORE DESERVING OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. SOMEONE WHO WILL RESPECT IT!!
I will continue to remind buyers that they are at RISK with this company and my complaint and photo's speak for itself. I can go back and forth all day with this blame the customer SCAMMER!! People like this don't deserve our business!!

We had a meeting on the case, below are the few points as conclusion.
Positive points.

1. Client never complaint about hair quality, it is indian virgin hair. she is happy with hair quality. (subject: client may report this problem now intentionally to spoil raputation)
2. Client never complaint about shedding and tangle.(subject: client may report this problem now intentionally )
3. Hair is soft, clean and nits and lice free.(subject: client may report this problem now intentionally )
4. It is all natural virgin hair. (subject: client may report this problem nowintentionally )
5. Human Hair Cuticles are still intact and hair looks beautiful. (subject: client may report this problem now intentionally)
6. Client promised to go with paypal decision as per international business policy, they asked to return the item, Our Sales person also asked the same thing from the client.
7. $ 100 shipping for 400 grams hair is not acutal value. it costs $ 40 shipping.
8. Client didn't inform desire inc for the replacement or refund or resolution she went to Paypal and case was escalated and it was said that she will follow the paypal instructions, it may be good or bad, she closed the case and demanded new hair without returning hair, otherwise she will spoil company reputation. PayPal is secure for buyer and seller. if buyers says that it is incorrect product intentionally, and seller denies how they will decide so, they will ask to return the item.
9. it is reported that client just need new hair without returning old, we can send her new but she may say again that it is not what she wanted and send her new hair again, we are scared of her.
10. She is good at writing, she made lots up things like admitting curls and so many others things. it is not the truth. the truth is scare merchant, spoil reputation if she is not able to get hair free.
11. Client admitted that she already spoiled many other merchants, because they also didn't send free hair.
Negative Points :
1. The complaint was raised due to curly texture.
2. Hair has kind of loose curl texture. client may changed texture for the free new hair.
3. Case should have been reported earlier to board, We will improve transparency in future.
4. It is unfortunate that it is happened for 12" inches 4 bundles.
Conclusion :
Many thanks to client that has reported the case, we will take it on priority to improve dispatch orders and hair with specific requiement.
WE ARE OPEN TO WORK WITH CLIENT AND CLOSE THE ISSUE, WE WILL WAIT FOR YOUR EMAIL FOR RETURNING PRODUCT. REFUND WILL BE MADE ONCE WE RECEIVE HAIR, IN NEXT 3 DAYS.

I asked the company to send ACTUAL NATURAL CURLY HAIR at NO MORE COST to me!! I have zero interest in sending this company another dime. They then wanted the same cost to send ACTURAL NATURAL CURLY HAIR!
Then when called me said they can't send hair at zero cost to me! I take it they have no natural curly hair! Yes, I cussed them out! How dare they send me what I DIDN'T pay for and then give me the runaround! I am super pissed and the complaint speaks for itself.
BUY at your own RISK! We have to make one another aware of merchants who behave this way and AVOID them!! How dare they try to blame me for their mistake. They don't sell CURLY hair but advertise they do. They have it advertised as body wave/wavy/curly!! You'd think they'd send CURLY when you tell them you want curly. I didn't state I wanted body wave or wavy. Then tried to tell me that I don't understand "texture" after wearing NATURAL CURLY for TEN YEARS!!

Hello,
Tried everything to resolve the problem at each level. client already went to paypal, i offered 100% refund, Client is not ready to send hair back, i asked the client that shipping will not cost her, we will schedule the pickup, but she is saying that she will use the hair, and will not send it back, forcing us to send new hair as well otherwise she will post complaints on all the portals. that is not fair at all. Abused us many times, We were responding each time.
It is like, i buy something from someone, used the product and saying to seller, it is not what i wanted, send me that again for free.
We believe the customer is the absolute reason for our existence and the only guarantee to our future. Everything we do is with intent of delighting our customer in every walks of the relationship, each time and always.
It is really unfortuanate that after all your efforts, clients is not happy. We are ready to schedule a pickup and getting hair back from the client, we will send her 100% refund.
She is not agree to do so. I don't know how to deal with it.

AS the complaint states that it would cost me over 100 to send the hair back!! I closed the paypal and installed the hair thinking it would have SOME KIND OF CURL. Giving the merchant the benefit of the doubt. Turned out NOT to be curls at all. Sent photo's AFTER the 12 hour install. Same photo's you see here. Merchant keeps saying send hair back. NOT POSSIBLE anymore due to installed already. Then they start sending youtube video's in regard to how to curl the hair with sticks and boiling water. Who wants to do all that when they PAID for natural curl? Sick of these merchants with blaming the buyer BS. Offer to pay for shipping? IT'S TOO d**n LATE!! They were ignoring emails after the youtube videos and last photo I sent UNTIL I mentioned filing a complaint. Then offered to refund money AFTER I took back complaint. Like I would trust them to do that.
If they had sent the money back I would of written that they made right by their mistake. Instead they come here and post BS like they are so upstanding and reputable. THEY ARE NOT!!
Buy at your own risk and it WILL BE A RISK! They will F up your order and then try to turn it around on you. THAT is what scammers ALWAYS do. We know how they work.
It's best to avoid these charlatans altogether!! Terrible business people!!

Owner emailing and requesting I remove hair, send it all back at over100 bucks. Will send money back,etc. Such BS!! Then calls and accuses me of being crazy and working for competitor. States don't deal with individual buyers but site caters to individual packaging and buyers. States I'm first complaint. So what!! I paid for curly and got straight hair with artificial curl or waves! Threaten to call FBI because have my address. I welcome such calls. Instead of doing the right thing and sending what I actually paid for at no cost to me the owner wants to instead BS around and blame the customer. Took me 12 hours to install this non curl hair and I am NOT sending anything back!!
It's probably best no one deal with this company due to misrepresentation and extremely poor customer service. They insist thatthey aretrying to resolve the issuebut from what they are stating it resolves nothing. Sending what I paid for at no additional cost to me is resolving the issue!! Tired or merchants with this nonsense and we can no longer "afford" to line their pockets or let them get away with these kinds of things!! Total WASTE of my money!! They don't care because it's not their money. They send you whatever they want and then blame you when you tell them it's not what YOU want.
Avoid these jerks!!
