DESIREE HAM-YING & ROY BINNS
In August 2016 we purchased a home from Desiree Ham-Ying acting as Power of Attorney for Roy Binns. The home at the time of purchase was infested with black mold. We were not advised of this prior to purchase.
Throughout 2017 our family suffered from various health related ailments.
After Hurricane Irma On Sept 10th 2017 our home was treated by ServPro for mold remediation from the storm. They informed us that there was black mold in our ac duct work. They advised the ducts could not be cleaned due health risk and would need to be replaced.
We have had countless issues with this lady Desiree Ham-Ying acting as POA power of attourney.
I have attached a copy of the contract so others may be able to avoid a similar experience when buying a home or dealing with this particular individual.

apparently we as renting tentants are supposed to replace the roof damage caused by the storm hurricane Irma on Sept 10th 2018.
we are now being evicted. see attached docs lol.
