Mr. Grenardo has accepted funds and payments from vulnerable victims of foreclosure, first time home buyers, credit risks, etc. and has not provided the services promised.  He utilizes the funds for his personal use and does not file proper paperwork or provide services that his clients have paid for.  Most of his clients are unaware of their situations because he promises to "correct their problems".  Their situations are often worsened by his malicious actions.  He usually preys on women or people who are in desperate need of assistance.  He also uses his clients' personal information to apply for credit and mortgages.  He has been operating this business in this manner for years and has no intentions of running a legitimate business.
