dessert sun tanning spanaway up sell you a package then refuse to honor it Spanaway Washington

everytime you go in they try to upsell you a package. they talked me into an expensive bottle  of lotion, said they  would throw in 5 premium tans. used first 2 tans no problem, 3rd time go back and she says  " you only haqve 3 tans left you should buy another package we have on sale. Politely declined and said just want to tan today. For some reason there became " a problem with my account" (maybe because i didnt buy? ) and she refused to let me tan unless i paid more.

Left and contacted customer service by e-mail who responded back with the usual sorry you had a problem, it was just a misunderstanding, it is fixed now and wont happen again. Went back 2 days later and guess what- was signed in at first then she said opps there is a problem  let me explain, the tans you have are for a special uvb or uva bed- we dont have that type of bed at this location, so you will have to pay to tan unless you want to drive to another city.. It appears they are running a very dishonest bait and switch type of scam.

Should have learned my lesson couple year ago when we  had a 3  month long package with them at a different location that was sold to another company. They new owner refused to honor it, and when we tried to work with Dessert Sun to transfer it to a different location they gave us so much run around we gave up.
