Run!  Run Fast!

Still furious with this company not returning our $5,000 deposit.  This is a scam!

My wife and I put down a deposit for Cancun wedding 12 months in advance, then sent a cancelation letter within 3 weeks.  Right from the beginning we questioned what it is they did for us.  Nothing, except to keep our money.  Have attempted with Lawyer to recover but Destination Weddings continues to play hardball.  We would love to expose these crooks for what they are, liars and thieves.  We are still using an attorney at quite an expense and have discovered their contract is contradictory.  Saying in one paragraph you get a refund and another where you don't.  Triple damages when we win could be awarded. 

My wife and I are retired and cannot afford this much money to lose.  Is costing about that to challenge these people in court.  OH, by the way, one of chief officers is a lawyer who does all correspondence of course at no expense to them.  So they hope to hassle you to spend more money to recover until you just quit.  Don't quit, let's expose these thieves.
