Destinations LLC (Mike) Breach of Contract Branson Missouri

I filed a report against TimeShares Cures with the BBB about the misrepresentation and potential breach of contract with them and their representative Destinations LLC specifically Mike.

TimeShares says that they have no affiliation with Destinations LLC and that Destinations is not an authorized representative of theirs. However, Mike specifically said that they represent TimeShares. To make a long story short, I wanted to dump my TimeShare in Cancun. Mike said that they (Destinations) would take care of it with no additional charges if I joined the Destinations travel club. The cost was approx $19,000+ but that I would receive a discount down to $8500. Mike promised that Destinations would beat any deal that other travel agencies found or that I found. Not so. Three attempts were made to get pricing information for a trip. However, I received no return phone calls.

Destinations has totally misrepresented itself and TimeShares Cures. I have documentation to support my claim on Destinations LLC being affiliated with TimeShares Cures. As an aside, I received notification from TimeShares LLC that it would cost me an additional $1035 to file the paperwork to transfer my Cancun timeshare to them. Again, total misrepresentation from Mike at Destinations.

I would like to receive my $8500 back. I am keeping my Cancun timeshare because of the shady business practices by both TimeShares Cure and Destinations LLC.
