Buy an item from them and paid priority mail shipping 3 days its been 4 days and still got nothing on the mail, call to see what happend and the person on the phone told me that they did everything on their side and have to wait another day so they can start a claim or send me a new item.....never buy from them againg the so called customer service don't apply to them..........
