I am starting this Ripoff Report because the RV/Boat/Auto community need to be aware of this person Zach Mainello of Austin, Texas. He may be working in the Lakeway Texas community and Horseshoe Bay area as well. Zach only TEXTS he doesn't want to talk much. PLEASE DON'T PAY UPFRONT OR EVEN GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT.
I will post one victims post from YELP and mine will be under hers. We as boat owners have invested money into our water crafts, RV's and other recreational utilities.

Hey there,
Writing this rebuttal because I am one of the persons listed and want to apologize for the bad experiences noted in this report and I am still being affected by these reports from years ago. These reports are from over two years ago, and I would just like to state I've reached out to both parties involved. A full refund was submitted for the "unfinished" detail years ago, even though the employee at the time insisted it had been completely finished. As for the second report referring to the missed appointment, I was not the one in contact with the customer and should not have my name listed. However, we were overbooked at the time with equipment failure due to the heat. We sent apologies on multiple occasions and offered a free detail or any kind of reimbursement for the time we could give. I'd like to say I apologize again for the parties involved, the negative experiences of that company, and the poor management at the time.
However these reports do not reflect who I am, and the business done henceforth and wish my name was removed as it does not pertain directly to the issues listed.
