I bought a house in 2001 from a respectable
company.Everything was good until I met Long Beach Mortgage.I did a
refinance twice with them and then they told me it was a good time to
refinance and get my mortgage right now the third time.As a new
homeowner I never thought anything about it.                                                                                                                                          From the first they pushed
me into refinancing the first time when I kept saying no to both Arelly
& Tony, but she Arelly brought me a puppy and knew how to work me
knowing I loved animals as I had just lost my puppy due to a hit and
run.So I believed in them.As it turned out they said only Washington
Mutual could redo my loan for some reason or another after I didn't
want them because Washington Mutual had turned me down before and I
just stopped a bank account with them for taking my SSI along with my
sons into another persons account.                                                    Anyway being desperate as I was to
fix my loan I did the refinance.A few months later I wanted out but was
told no one else would take me.I didn't understand until now why after
losing my home.They Long Tree Mortage along with Lending Tree Mortgage
had been on both my loans in the past together and questioning it they
said they were 2 companys,but both took funds from me, what a lie they
worked together.But the real questions came when I reciently came home
from where I,as I had no where to go being homeless,it was a month and
a half ago and found out Long Tree Mortage,worked for Washington Mutual
and Washington Mutual as I found out had let tthem go in 2007.                                   Now
that is the beginning of my nightmare,as it turns out my husband went
to prison and I was left with my son alone in the house.I maintained it
as we had just done a 2nd in which had given me  to remodle and my
husband was given something for a accident at work.I kept the house
up,paid the bills and due to my disability of a prosthtic leg was
getting better to work but a infection set in so I couldn't work.I was
a sitting duck as they would put it.I just did a lone modification with
Washington Mutual,when things started to get bad.                                          I payed whoever I
thought was Washinton Mutual  $2,964.00 in October 1,2008 and in
November 20, 2008 I was evected along with my son and dogs in someone
else's name  with my same last name,as they couldn't evect me in my
name.I tried to get a stay but because of the evection not being in my
name even with the title in my hand along with the attorneys in the
other court,the next court denied me without even talking to me. Now as
it turned out I was evected the next day,they wouldn't give me my
belongings in the time frame and it took me 2 months to get my whatever
I could things out.                                                        They were in and out of my house as the neighbors
told me people we in and out at night and by the time I found out
things were stolden and I lost alot,but my personal thing why I can
never replace them.They wouldn't give me my refrigator,stove,micro wave
I had just boughten above the stove or anthing of value.I need papers
they said that I owned it.Of course I had the papers but everything was
a mess as whoever was going through my paperwork I couldn't find
anything at the time.They didn't want me to call the police, I did
anyway and like the man told me it backfired on me because he lied and
he smilled at me.I was threatened to get out I wouldn't and it was one
big mess.                   So now I send my son away and It broke my heart because
we had never had to part excert once when he was young, put my dogs in
a bad shelter little did I know and my son in a bad place with horrible
relitives I didn't even know but I didn't want him to be hurt on the
streets as he was not use to that life but I know wish I would of kept
him with me.I couldn't get my dogs medication and in the end my Dolly a
beautiful and the sweetest poodle you ever want to know died in my
arms.                                                     They kept my prosthetic leg that ZI needed in the morning until my
leg would loose the fluid as it usually does, and I fell and ended up
being laid up til now.I had a blood hemotoma and I need a skin graft
due to once again another doctors mistake.I'm asking myself why,would
they keep my leg,my wheelchair,and my chruches,it didn't make since at
the time.But I had a infection before I left so I couldn't fight for
what was happening.Washington Mutual put a stop calls on my phoone at
all times and I couldn't understand until I used someone elses phone.I
even went into the San Lorenzo office and seen my loan up on the screen
the day before the evection.Everyone just ignored me.Now my back is
messed up due the fall I can't get any kind of help because my story is
sounding so bad and crazy.Even Public Storage cut my lock with some
excuse after I paid the bill and papers were messed up in there and
things taken.Alot of my paper work is gone.        But the good part is
were into a small apt. THANK-GOD,ater being homeless almost a year
thanks to a kind man,but I can't move in it as my house was equpited
with handicapped things.My son had lost alot of schooling and even his
cloths were taken along with mine.Dolly died for nothing and all
because someone got greedy and I didn't know the law.I should of taken
the papers to the police department I was told but I thought it was a
lie and a mistake because Washington Mutual name wasn't on it.                                                       Duechte
Bank & Long Tree mortage was on it.From what I found out they said
that on Aug 4,2008 I signed my house over to Long Beach Mortage and on
Aug.8,2008  fell off title,as HUD had put it to me.I loved the house I
would never sign it over and knew nothing about it,as it was all I had
in the world to live in,in my condiction.But I was still in my house
paying bills and fixing plumbing the city had me sign for.I had garbage
bills and tax bills and so on that was left in my house along with my
title.Now as it was told to me from HUD who found the info.out on when
I went off title. I need help but where do I go.I had gotten a small
loan just to do the loan modification for the house I am still paying
for and all my money went on that and the storage in which rats chewed
my things and even they are getting away with all of the mess they
caused.                                                I was laid up due to the fall and all I want is my house and
life back and justice for my son and Dolly.It was a cruel and unfair
thing to do to someone.I fiexed that house with everything wrong with
it as I knew the day I bought it after 3 yrs of struggling with
payments and so on when you first buy a house.I never complained as it
was tolllld to me what was wrong with the house the day I bought it.And
that is my story.There is so much more but these are the main facts.
