Deutsche Parts USA, EuroAsiana Auto Parts LLC Bad Parts, Returned, No Refund Port Chester New York

Ordered a set of rear bearings on 12/2,  got them, took car to mechanic to  have them installed.

parts were damaged and missing from the sealed box and sealed plastic bags.

Called them up, Wanted pictures of damaged part. Sent pictures, 6 days later called to see what was going on.

hadn't looked at the email and picts yet, promised to mail out replacment parts to replace damaged and missing.

got new parts, no damage but same parts missing.

called them up again. they checked their supplies and found out that set of parts was missing in all their sets, even though their pictures on the site show it.

offered $10 compsation.  parts cost $57 to replace missing part. Asked to meet half way. Refused.

contacted ebay and won the right to return and refund. sent parts back, refused to accept. remailed back to me

wasn't home to get package so was sent back again. refund refused.

Ebay sent them a email to contact me within 48hours,, it's now 72 hours later. Disputing charge with Credit Card Company.
