We aren’t upset, but rather disappointed that you continue to choose to deny responsibility (Which I stated you would try and deny this in my original complaint).

When we first brought the issue to your attention and called you in order to get you to rectify the situation before it got worse and our rankings dropped even further after your company DeveloMark worked on it. You proceeded to treat us as if we were just a bother. (Which I am sure you will deny as well)

Your company DeveloMark damaged our ratings on Google. Now that we have brought this to a public forum in order to warn others you are choosing to pretend it never happened. Then pretending in a halfhearted manner that you are somehow reaching out to us in order to make things right.  I find this to be unethical behavior and manipulative.

As I said before, this is not a matter of money, it’s a matter of principle, (something you likely know nothing about).

You can choose to ignore this complaint and choose to pretend it’s false, and "move on with your day" that is completely fine with us,  but you know as well as I do what you told us over the phone when we brought our SEO concerns to your attention. So you can go ahead and "move on with your day" if that makes you feel better and makes you feel as if you don’t cheat people out of their money.

I understand you're upset but unfortunately there is nothing I can do at this point. I've thoroughly checked and we currently have never had an SEO client that has fired us. Every SEO campaign we have ever signed is currently still running. 

So unless you're a current client of mine, your thoughts and concerns are noted but there is nothing I can do to take action on the situation. 

If you're not a client, then you may have purchased "The Underground" which is an SEO training program. But this is also impossible because you said you ''hired us'' for several months so that can't be it...

Because of this, I am claiming that this report FALSE and MISLEADING and that you were NEVER an SEO client 

I sincerely hope that you were either: 

• a client of mine 
• or are CURRENTLY a client of mine 

Who paid for SEO services for "several months" and did not see results in your campaign. Because if you weren't, I'm choosing to ignore your complaint and move on with my day.

I am not going to play your games. You are attempting to talk down to our business with arrogance, just as you did on the phone. You tell me "let’s make this easy shall we" which is you attempting to get smart with us. Then you have a list of demands that you tell us that you need in order to do the right thing that you should have done to begin with.

We already gave you an opportunity at the onset to make things right as soon as we realized there was an issue and we spoke to you on the phone and you treated me and my business with arrogance and told us that if we didn’t like it to go somewhere else and you didn’t need our business. Had you made that same offer that day and been polite about the situation we may have accepted it.

Despite your incessant denial of the situation you know how you treated us and you know you cheated our business by not delivering what you claimed you could. You can reach out to as many clients of yours as you want, so they can sit there and vouch for you all day, but that doesn’t negate the fact of what you did to our business and that you continue to be pompous and arrogant on here.

This isn’t a matter of money it’s a matter of principle. You go ahead and keep that money that you cheated us out of, we aren’t hurting for money and what’s more important to is that others are aware of how you really operate before they fall victim to you because other honest businesses may be hurting for money and then someone like you comes along and pulls the same scheme as you did on us and could possibly devastate their business. So we are making people aware of the situation.

So you can call this review fake if that makes you feel better, it doesn’t make a difference to us at all.  It’s obvious you won’t admit to anything (just as I said you would in my original complaint.) You just go ahead and keep that money and keep being in denial about what you did. I hope you enjoy it.

Let's make this extremely easy shall we? My SEO Campaigns are 6 months long usually around $1,000-$3,000 per month 

That would mean you would have paid my agency upwards of $6,000 so here is what I'm willing to do for you considering you were "a client" of ours who did not see search engine movement 

If you can provide me with your business name, URL, and an invoice/documentation that our agency worked on your SEO campaign I'd be happy to: 

- REFUND YOUR WHOLE CAMPAIGN 

if you meet the following criteria: 

- were a client of mine 

- had no search engine movement under the URL you claim we worked on 

- paid me monthly for SEO under a contract (that states guaranteed rankings) 

I'd love to see what you come up with as I personally do take my profession very seriously. I understand that rankings are a business's lifeblood. 

I also personally take any responsibility for what I do - so you can email me directly

I'd love to personally handle this problem - if I don't hear from you privately within the next day I will assume that this complaint is FAKE and I never WORKED ON YOUR SEO CAMPAIGN - if that is the case, I will personally reach out to each and every client I have to get verbal testimony against your complain

You state that we were never a client of yours, which is untrue. If you weren’t doing SEO at the time you took us on as clients you should have said so instead of pushing the sale and making us believe you could actually improve our rankings.

Our company has been in business 18 years, I don’t have the time to come on here and make up stories. I don’t even know you other than you doing our SEO and promising us results and not delivering.

You recommend that I "reach out to you so you can personally understand where I am coming from" We already spoke and you were arrogant and told us to go find someone else.

If you indeed were not selling SEO services at the time, you should have informed us of this instead of taking on our campaign and experimenting using our dollar.  What it appears you did was use our company as a tester site for your shady SEO tactics. Then when it didn’t work and we lost page position you abandoned the whole thing and basically told us to go somewhere else.

Now you are doing exactly what I knew you would which is deny the whole thing in order to make yourself appear to be ethical (see my original complaint, I knew you wouldn’t take responsibility and you would go into denial). Then you say that "More importantly, I'd like to know if I can help you with your SEO campaign. If there are any questions that I can answer I'd be happy to" (I think you have done enough damage to our site rank, so no thank you)

We were lucky and ended up finding an SEO company that was reputable and fixed your mistakes, thank goodness they were able to. We work hard at our business and we don’t appreciate the way you treated us and then now you are denying it all together. That is very indicative of lack of character.

I'm sorry you feel this way about your SEO campaign that didn't work out but after checking out records we have never done an SEO campaign that hasn't gotten our clients to the first page. I know that you were not a client because you mentioned that we worked on your SEO campaigns for months although we haven't even been selling SEO for months. 

I seriously recommend that you reach out to me so I can personally understand where you're coming from. More importantly, I'd like to know if I can help you with your SEO campaign. If there are any questions that I can answer I'd be happy to. But please, before you criticize someone's profession online - at least be there customer first
