Devices-Now.com WARNING - SCAM - BEWARE St. Augustine Florida

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone online.  After my phone didn't ship on time, I tried to make contact with someone at the company. They don't answer their phone.  They have a system that has an announcement and will not allow you to leave a message, transfer to a dept or speak to a person.  They request that you submit a helpdesk ticket, which I did. I finally received the phone but it was locked.  I was instructed to return the phone for replacement. That done, I received the 2nd phone and I was unable to update the system.  I was instructed to return the phone for a refund.  The phone has been returned but no refund. 

I have submitted many, many helpdesk tickets and received long lag times for repsonses and excuses from this company as to my refund.  They are telling me they are having issues refunding to my credit card.  Strange, they had no issues charging to it plus I've had debits and credits to this card from other companies, no problems.  They have all my contact information, including cell phone number.  They have made no attemp to contact me to resolve.  My fiasco with this company started June, 2017.  It is now January, 2018 and I'm not receiving any responses from them. 

I believe they have blocked me because I can no longer log into my account on their website.  I've submitted a review of their company to numerous websites.  I received a response from Josh V stating he would look into my issue and requested my order number.  I replied with the information and again, no response.  I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.  They now have the phone and my money.  I just want my money back (cashiers check is acceptable) and cannot understand why they are unwilling to return it; unless they are just a big SCAM!
