I had a client that worked for Dex Imaging, he came by one day and said that he had a great deal on a copier and that they were running a promotion. And all it was was a rental agreeement. He never mentioned that it was 48 months and the fine print, very fine print is on the back of the agreement. It even went as far as to say that you could cancel in writing within a year. But that was for the service contract. The copier itself was on a lease. Also while they say its going to save you money on toner, we are not saving anything. To the point that we have another printer that we use. Then when I tried to work out something, the only thing they will workout is Payment in Full. So basically we have gotten screwed by ultimately having to pay over $2600 for a copier that could be purchased for $799.00 to the moral of the story is avoid Dex imaging. the tactics are very dishonest and misleading and the sales pitch of saving my business money is just a pure lie.
