Dex One Dex Media West, Inc. false reports and bad faith guarantees - unable to perform as promised Phoenix Arizona

 Dex One - If you are considering doing business with Dex One i would recommend that you don't; there are far better alternatives. Dex One sales people will misrepresent what their telephone books or online advertising can do for you. They may even promise to guarantee their results but don't believe it.

I signed up for 5 guaranteed phone calls per month, or 60 for the year. I may have received a total of 5 legitimate potential client calls; another 5 were either vendors trying to sell me or wrong number. They will send  a link to their website where you can view your traffic, for phone calls, emails, etc. Don't believe it...

i have no  idea where they get their numbers. I'm a one person office and am the only person that answers the phone so i know who is calling; and what Dex One was telling me cannot be right. Anyway, i thought i better go back & look at my contract more carefully regarding my guaranteed phone calls. Whoa. A guaranteed phone call doesn't  have to go thru - it may be a hang up - you may never hear a voice and hence no real phone call. It could be a half-second in duration. Dex One will give you the phone numbers of the phantom callers. It was at the end of my contract and i went back and called those numbers for last & recent three months. Would you believe that for two of those months all ten of those phone numbers had been disconnected. Three months back it was same except the person answering the one phone number didn't speak English and so i seriously doubt was a candidate for my services.

This company is an advertising ripoff. Guarantees are in bad faith and the bad or nonexistent phone numbers given me suggest fraud. Complaints to Company are to no avail. Read contract carefully.
