I was referred to Wesley Jon Pollard by a client whom I've worked with
previously. This was last January 2015. He is located here in the
Philippines with his filipina wife. So i agreed since it's home-based.

One thing is that, I Havent signed any contract with him as his Sales
Director or whatever. Just an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signed
by both of us. I was really hesitant & skeptical at the same time.
But since I TRUSTED the client whom I've worked with prior to him and
they told me that he is a good & nice guy, I trusted him all the way.
(Stupidity, as we may say, especially when it comes to business).

Right now, I just wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt, it is
very obvious he never even planned to talk about my pay and now I need
to let the BPO INDUSTRY know what kind of person he is. If he lied,
cheated, and stole from an agent of several months then he will do it
to anyone. Which he did recently, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.

The following incidents happened using his OUT of the BOX SOLUTIONS company here in the Phils.:

>>8 centers in the Philippines paid an upfront fee of $500 each.

>>1 of these centers paid $500 directly to his wife's BPI Bank acct.

>>1 broker whom he promised to share with, once payments are made, did
not even materialize.

>>1 center in India paid $500 via paypal account to a certain person
whom he advised as his Financial Director here in the Philippines.

Recently, another incident happened using his DEXTERITY LIVE CHAT
SUPPORT business name:

>>An individual for Sales whom he hired and promised that his pay will
be deposited to his bank acct. but did not materialize at all.

All of these incidents are not to my knowledge at all.
I got all the information when they started to look for his
whereabouts two months ago.

I'm a very simple & loyal person and didn't want to think the worst of
this person, but then again, the TRUTH must be told. I am hoping to
prevent this from occurring again to another individual. If anyone is
a current agent of his DEXTERITY LIVE CHAT SUPPORT, he/she needs to
leave immediately. I think we can still find one who is actually
always available, honest, trustworthy and very helpful unlike WESLEY JON POLLARD.

I am hoping that this will be investigated ASAP, I believe he is a
top-rated cheater and scammer. Thank you very much.
