NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  I had almost this exact problem with them when I was working as a VP for another company about 10 years ago and then I became the VP of Marketing for this company and unfortunately, the owner was already involved with Dex YP.  They are just as crooked as they were then.

The sales reps lie about response rates and everything they can to make a sale.  They tell you that you will get a 1% to 2% response rate. The entire company is crooked and lie all the way up to the people working directly for the CEO like Misty Jenkins, and Rebecca Gillenwater who works closely with the CEO to resolve issues.   Mailed 50,000 mail piece's.  The sales rep told the owner, sales manager, VP and office manager that they would receive 250 to 500 calls, we received 25 calls.  The owner signed an agreement that said they would print and mail 100,000 pieces of mail.  They would print and mail 50,000 and after we received the leads and sales from that we would print up and mail another 50,000.  After receiving 25 calls instead of the 250 to 500 calls that was promised we said you lied about the response rates we do not want to continue.  The worse part of it is now they are trying to force us into mailing another 50,000 pieces of mail.

When I spoke to both of these women Misty Jenkins, and Rebecca Gillenwater at Dex YP over the phone on two different occasions they both saw the bill due as though it had already been printed and mailed.  When I told them that Dex YP had not printed or mailed the second 50,000 both women they were completely astonished and said they do not do business in that way, and promised to get right back to me with an answer.  Instead of calling me back as both women said they would I get this email.

The one and only time this woman would ever speak to me she even argued with me that there was no way that Dex YP was billing us for a job that was never printed or mailed.  She said she was going to research this and call me back.  She never called me I only received this email below

Rebecca Gillenwater  I understand that a request to cancel the program was submitted after the program did not perform to your expectations, however as advertising results are not guaranteed we do not cancel a contract due to perceived performance issues.

The one and only time this woman would ever speak to me she even argued with me that there was no way that Dex YP was billing us for a job that was never printed or mailed.

BY THE WAY, The entire mail program for Dex YP failed so badly that when AT&T acquired them recently they closed down that entire department and they do not even do the direct mail anymore.
