Purchased a 2003 vw passat from this company in the beginning of february 2013. I noticed some of the dash lights not coming on so i removed the dash cluster so i could see if some bulbs went out.
To my surprise the lights are all fine, when i pulled back the panel i found black electric tape over the lights underneath. Pulled the tape off put it back in and started the car and sure enough the airbag light, abs and traction, brake, and check engine light are all on now showing faults.
These people are shady, luckily i work on my own vehicles so its not as big of a problem but for someone who doesnt it would be a whole lot more money to fix the issues. These people are no good liars to rig a vehicle to look like nothing is wrong with it and sale it.
I would not recommend them to anyone, I just wanted to give people a heads up.

How can you be sure it was the dealer that concealed the warning lights? Maybe the previous owner deceived them when they purchased the car.
