DFW Contractors LLC Paul Duane Gale, Duane Gale Didn't pay subcontractor, Arlington, Texas

Why dont they want to tell what hotel it is or who posted the complaint is. Why not put your name on it if your telling the truth I have no problem with it.
1. I had to file a lien on this property (public info) to try to get paid still haven't been paid. The owner and president of the company and I had an agreement for more work on the hotel. They lied just to get a lessor price.
2. I have paid all employees up to the last week worked except for 6 which those 6 worked additional hours the last week of punch. Has far as the subs all have been paid except 3 which are waiting on being paid, we have been communicating with them letting them know what proceedures have been taken place. All are aware of the filings. The owner and the president of this company have been trying to hide many things that are taking place there. I.E. Owners son being arrested on June 26th and 27th for drug manufacturing (Shaun Mian) which has been going on for quite a while. Their are many shady things going on there on the 9th floor of the Sterling Hotel of Dallas. Just read the many reviews about this place and you will see who the real victims are.
3. None of this would have never happen if the Owner and the new president of Mian properties (still trying to figure that one out you go from leasing manager get rid of the wife and now your the President)ummm. If they would have just kept their word on our company going to do work on additional floors instead of going behind the companies back and asking their employees to bid on specific work just to try to screw people out of money Please tell me who the real scammers are. Everyone will get paid when they pay their bill.
4. They also tried to get us to not say anything negative about the hotel or any of its issues. Well all I want is to get paid for the work that has already been done. Then I can take care of the people that I'm committed to. Sounds simple to me
5. They throw out a situtation that happen in Illinois. This happen over three years ago and the aledge credit card fraud charge where thrown out. The insurance fraud charge was a situation between two companies one bought merchandise sold it to the other. One company was broken into product was stolen,product was bought by company one for one price sold to company two for a profit. When property was stolen a insurance claim was turned for replacement value. Insurance company never paid out to due to that I owned both of the companies. The problem they said is since company one bought it for one price then that should have been the price the insurance claim should have been for. They said it was over stating our insurance.

 All I want is the Sterling Hotel to pay what they owe. Then Ill go away if not I'll bring out all the other info that we have. I'm only one of many that will be interested in what we have to say or show.
Since the Lien paper are public info please free to look them up there is alot more info on there about what is being done.
