DFW Super Shuttle Leaves You Standing Dallas/Fort Worth Texas

Please note that upon my arrival at 12:45 pm at DFW International airport while waiting for my baggage in the baggage claim area, I went to the courtesy phone as instructed and called to confirm my arrival for pick-up. I was told to go outside and there would be several blue vans that I would be assisted by.

Much to my surprise, there were two that could not or would not assist me. I was told by the first van, (that was full) that the next van would take me. I was told by the second van, (#203) that he was going downtown (right by my exit) and that he could not take me, but that he would call and find out where my van was.

20 minutes later, (now 1:20pm) still nothing. So I called again, and they said that I would be picked up shortly. 20 minutes later from that, (now 1:45pm) another van pulled up that was contracted for Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, and that he also could not take me and bless his heart, he called in while I was standing there. He was told that #316 would be my van about 5 minutes away. Now, again I called, it had been an hour since my plane landed and still nothing.

There were 3 more vans that drove up (This made a total of 6 vans that did not assist) 1 was going to Plano 1 was going to North Dallas 1 was going to Grapevine. So I stood. I stood and waited and waited and I waited. PatientlyFinally at 2:45 a van arrived it was full, but I was so upset and he was going downtown... and literally drive past my exit.

I don't know if I or anyone in my company will use your services again. I cannot believe that no one would pick me up because of lack of communication somewhere. Well, I eventually made it home at 3pm. 2 hours after I had landed. I could have walked. I will be sure not to recommend Super Shuttle in the future. They just left me standing.
