CLAIMS THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE, LIKE THE LANDLORD OF OUR OFFICE IN MESQUITE BEING GIVEN "HOT CHECKS", NOT 1 CHECK WAS STAMPED NSF. DOES THIS INVESTIGATOR KNOW THAT? CLAIMS OF LIVING IN THE SPACE, DOES THIS INVESTIGATOR KNOW WE HAD AN APARTMENT NEAR BY? AND THAT THE LANDLORD CLAIMED THAT IN OPEN COURT AND WAS SILENCED BY 2 DALLAS JUDGES. DOES THE INVESTIGATOR KNOW, THE LANDLORD REFUSED OUR ATTEMPT TO PAY HIM 3 MONTHS AHEAD, BECAUSE HE WANTED US OUT! BECAUSE WE WERE BEING INVETIGATED? THAT WE NOTIFIED THE LANDLORDS REPRESENTATIVE WE WOULD BE THERE 20 HOURS A DAY, WORKING ON A INTERNET PROJECT? ONLY IN 10" LETTERS IN THE REAR WINDOW ON BOTH VEHICLES. AN EMPLOYEE WAS PULLED OVER IN SACHSE, LEAVING WYLIE JOB, DO YOU THINK THERE MIGHT BE VIDEO OF THE STOP, AND THE LETTERS ON THE REAR WINDOW? NO MENTION OF THE WORKER WHO WENT BY AND PUT A TEMP FENCE UP AND DELIVERED PIPE. BLANK CHECKS FOR A STAMP?!? WRONG! NOBEL TILE, NO AFFILIATION?!? ONLY SINCE I WAS 13 YEARS OLD, HAVE I BOUGHT TILE AT THIS LOCATION, BEFORE IT BECAME NOBEL TILE. THEY NEVER MENTIONED THE CHECK, WHEN THEY DID, IT WAS BECAUSE I ATTACKED THEM FOR DEMEANING ME SILENTLY AND COVERTLY, TO MY CUSTOMERS. All of these people, who signed contracts with DFW Viking Pools, that decided to Default on the agreements because of misrepresentations, half truth, deceptive, 1 way logic accusations of wrong doing by ownership, that these buyers decided to seperate and violate the Terms and Conditions of the Agreements they signed and partially funded, then refused payment, demanded the end of Contract, refused to abide by the conditions they agreed to, have had liens filed in the County Clerks office of there residence.

DFW Viking Pools was forced to file in excess of $180,000.00 in Liens in 2012, because of Fairy Tails and False accusations, and internet defamation and half truths.

Everything on the Internet is not True.

And Circumstances involving Contractor Agreements and Large Projects done for Bully and Dictitoral Buyers are not as simple as the Rip Off Report Rants.

We have had a Woman build 1/2 a 80k pool against her husbands wishes, he being out of the country.

She gave us a 20k Hot Check at Excavation. It was made good, but not until 1 of our Banks closed accounts due to the Unfunded checks issued from the Bank that her Check was deposited into.

At Gunite they were nowhere to pay the bill, we had to call all the phone numbers and threaten to leave with the shell half done. Then our supervisor had to leave the Job while being done, to secure the check, leaving the crew un supervised and minor things done not as planned. Upon completion the woman went to pick tile, copin and deck finish, paid a 3 Time NARI Designer 600.00 to advise choices. ALL were upgrades, to the tune of 40k. When the bill for the upgrades were presented, all contact was cut off. Then accusations of improper work began flying, crazy statements about pool engineering, the need for the sheel to be removed, then demands for money back. A threat for 10k returned and seperation. When DFW Management demanded proof, meeting was set to meet Family representitives, Pool industry experts, and Engineer representitives at the pool edge, DFW Viking Pools walked and presented Plans, approved permits and inspections, explained the planning and building techniques, all was approved by all and the Buyers rep gave OK to go forward. Agreement was made to go forward, choices were made, signed off on, agreements to fund made. DFW Viking Pools went, ran 2k of pipe in plumbing the pool/spa w/waterfall/slide, and funding was refused.

Default Letter was sent certified, no response. LIEN FILED and RECORDED.

This women then called Gio Spratling, the Buyer we proved by his own Rip Off Report claim testimony, he violated the Agreement, was in Default and went to Small Claims with a 11k suit, which was cut in half by the judge, which he calls a victory. After this woman calls him, they combine to call customers of DFW Viking Pools and defame us, slander employees and cause others to default. A civil lawsuit is being prepared for Slander and Defamation against both, using the testimony and verification of these statements, by customers who ignored the slanders, and have completed projects with DFW Viking Pools.

1 Couple who used the slanders to justify Default, were in Reality, borrowing 10k from inlaws. And they ran a plumbing company and a small landscape company, giving them the ability to finish the pool, therefore it appears they used the slander to seperate, finish the pool themselves therefore not having to borrow inlaw monies, since they defaulted oweing us 10k. LIEN FILED and RECORDED.

1 WOMEN agreed to pay 3k upfront, on a pool to be funded on completion. She refused to pay the agreed amount, sent a letter filled with accusations based on the slanders by the first 2 listed herein.

1 Couple had their own plumber be involved in a project, because of multiple resets, no shows and delays, ON RECORD at Dallas Inspections, DFW Viking Pools was blamed, compensation for delay caused by Buyers actor was ignored, Default letter was sent, response by attorney with threats of lawsuit were never filed. LIEN FILED and RECORDED.

1 MAN who entered into a 70k Agreement for Fence, Front yard landscape, Pool/spa and Pergola,

after DFW Viking Pools Pre graded Pool Site, Front Yard and ran 600 l.ft. of 6' Cedar fence with .095 galvanized posts and 100 l ft. wrought iron, when a 9k payment was due, and pool start next day, refused payment, screamed false accusations based on the internet slanders, demanded money back, and entered into a wilfull default. LIEN FILED and RECORDED. 

Couple then contracted a 25k pool only, then after Dn Payment was made, Permit issued and excavation set up and begin, chased off 1 small sub contractor with accusations of wrong doing, then cancelled the agreement 2 days later, before second excavation team was due. This cancellation demand was in violation of the Terms and Conditions. LIEN FILED and RECORDED.

This is the consequence of Slander, half truths, 1 way logic, dictitorial actions and violations of Contracts. These are Buyers Self Inflicted Wounds, that will in the end cost them the defauted amount plus interest.
