dharmachem.org Angel Hao Paid $6,200 USD received nothing in return! china Internet

On June 23rd, 2017, I sent $6,200 to Angel Hao for products that he has listed on his site, www.dharmachem.org. I had previously made a couple smaller purchases to test his legitimacy and reliability. I had found him on a popular social forum board. I received the smaller orders, so I agreed to a larger purchase. He sent me two pictures of the products I was interested in. I believed he had them, he had shipped small amounts before. I needed the products for the continuation of my business. I sent him the money. Since then, he said he could no longer ship that product. He offered to refund my money so I sent him my information.  He never refunded my money. Every attempt by myself to contact him has resulted in excuses after excuses. Most of the time, he doesnt respond to emails. It has been three months since the original transaction. He still wont refund my money or send me comparable product. I emailed him last week and told him that if I didnt receive new product or a refund. I would spread the word about his malicious and fraudulent online business. I just want resolution and not to lose over $6000.00!
