I placed an order on 7/22 with DHCameras.com in the amount of 422.96. I paid for Priority Shipping. The company sent me a tracking number the next day but there is no info on where my order is. I have attempted to contact this company five times now. They do not have a phone number that I can find.
Nobody is responding to my emails!! I just filed a complaint with the AGs office and BBB where I noticed they have an F. Shame on me for not looking at that before I made this purchase. Please do not do business with this company! They need to be shut down. They need to learn how to communicate with their customers!
I am conducting a charge back on my credit card. I contacted the postal service and they told me that this is mail fraud as I thought maybe this got lost in the mail. As it turns out, they created an electronic shipping label to make it look like they shipped my product. It hasn’t even been shipped!
