Diakon Logistics Stole/damaged copper waterline during refrigerator installation for Sears Home Delivery Granite City Illinois

June of 2013 I bought a refrigerator from Sears who contracts with this company to deliver their appliances and install them. Sears requires you to have copper water line in place for all appliances with water hook up. When they brought my first refrigerator it was missing a drawer and the door was installed wrong. I called to get it replaced. 

When the man came with the second fridge it was found they had scratched the hardwood badly and cut my copper water line at the floor and stolen it. Since the delivery man had no other means for me to have water, he used the plastic line on the fridge but called his manager to note both damaged areas as Sears and whirlpool do not endorse using the plastic line. I was told a claim was opened for both repairs. A repairman came and poorly repaired the floor but never fixed the copper line. They have now denied the claim for the copper line stating that is the proper technique. They refuse to give me the registered agent for lawsuit on small claims court or a Superviser to speak with.
