 I paid Dial 1 Limo 414.00 to drive me to JFK and pick me up from JFK upon my return. I paid in full about 6 weeks prior to my departure on my credit card. I was suppose to get a confirmation email the day before. It never came so at 10:00 at night I called to confirm. The reason I had not received an email was that the company was unable to find a driver to take me there ! I was suppose to be picked up at 3 am. So we managed to call another company and get a ride. Now I had to pay the new company 210.00 and was assured by Dial 1 Limo I would get a refund for the trip to JFK since they didn't come. Of course I never got that. Upon my return to JFK I was to call Dial 1 Limo when we landed so they had time to get there. Upon speaking with them, they had no record of my return. I gave them my quote number which was on my email confirmation they sent me. They still claimed to have no record of needing to pick me up. Funny since I paid in full 6 weeks earlier, had an email sent to me from them confirming my pick up time and yet they had no driver for me. So once again I located a limo service in the airport and paid him 256.00 to take me home even though I had already Paid for this service through Dial 1 Limo. This happened on Sunday, August 21. I waited until Thursday to call to see if my credit for the services not rendered was complete. The guy I spoke to was the same person I had spoke with every time I called including when I booked the limo, When I asked about my credit he became very defensive and actually hung up on me. I tried to deal with his situation like any person would with a phone call but since that got me no where I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company. I am posting this because upon research of this company I have seen that I am not the only one this has happened to. I would not recommend this company and Wouk advise anyone to stay away. The stress and aggregation was totally uncalled for.
