I placed an 2 orders online with Diamond Candles on December 11, 2013 (order#1087086 and #1087115. ) I placed these orders because it said they were in stock and it appeared I would have them by Christmas. Orginal ship date said would be December 16, 2013. I had the one order to go directly to my friend for Christmas. The other order was coming to me to give as gifts. I believe I spend over $100 on both orders. On the day the order was to be shipped I received an email stating the new ship date would be December 27, 2013...well after Christmas and when I needed them.

I immediatly emailed the company back and told them to cancel order and refund me immedialty. Now I have to spend extra money and find and ship different gifts. I cannot afford to have my money tied up on an order I am not going to have when I was suposed to. I emailed a second time, again no response. I called the customer service number and left message, no response.

I have send 4 emails over 3 days, and have called 3 times. No one answers at this place and no one emails back. I really need to have this money refunded. Or just a quick note back acknowledging they are working on it besides their typical automated email.

I think their customer service is just plain terrible. These candles are not cheap. And when I get on the site the ones they say are out of stock or back ordered on no online?!!  I don't care how big they have gotten, hire some more people then and quit being so greety!

I feel I they got my money and now don't care.

I apologize for the delay in reply. We received an overwhelming number of orders and e-mail inquiries during the month of December and we are working hard to respond to each and every customer as quickly as possible.

I wanted to follow up with you regarding your order since we did not receive a response to our last e-mail on December 22nd. I have reviewed your two orders and see that we were able to successfully cancel and refund your Order 1087115. However, Order 1087086 had already shipped and we were unable to cancel it.

If you would still like a refund for the second order and the candles are still in new, unlit condition, please reply back and let me know. I would be happy to assist you with the return process. If you've decided to keep the second order, then just let us know and we'll close out your support ticket.
