I was hired by Charlene Diefel and Keith Schwabinger of Diamond Enterprises USA Inc.On 07/27/2010 to clean out 2 house's that no one lived in.I met Charlene Diefel at 4121 2nd avenue s. st. petersburg fl and agreed upon a price and i completed the work and sent her pictures.I also completed another house that i cleaned out and also sent her picture's ,e-mail's,faxed her invoice's have called her and have her sending me emails to discuss payment. I have also contacted the department of labor and they told me it was a civil matter as i was doing research i found out that Charlene and Keith are into crimminal activity by the FBI and i also believe they had no intentions on paying me the money they owe me that is why i am filing a report here to see if someone can help me.I answered there add on craigslist because i have been laid off from my job and was looking for work that cost me money and time and i feel that these people should be ashamed of themselves for doing what they are doing

I am a former employee who left their employ of my own free will because I got a job that paid me on a regular basis. In my time as their employee I learned their tactics and operations in not paying others who did work for them. I have never known them to do any maintenance repairs for their tenants and know that tenants always had complaints in regards to the conditions of the properties they were renting.
There is so much more I could tell you but that would be as long as a novel. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to anyone who needs more information in taking them to accounty for what they have done to the people that have worked for them and rented from them. I hope this is possible eI know I have information that would be important in a case against them
