Diamond J Equestrian, L.L.C. and its owner / members Alishia Jacuzzi and her husband Richard Jacuzzi sold me a horse which they guaranteed was a childrens horse and of sound temperament and healthy. The horse was none of the above. I believe these two persons are con-artists who find cheap horses and then advertise them to be something they are not.
They claim to replace the horse but insist you give the reject horse ample time to adjust. Then they fail to make arrangements to return the horse while the cost of board and vet bills piles up.
I believe that they think no one will continue to return their misrepresented horses because the cost to constantly transport the horses is too high.
They tricked me into providing medical treatment and board for a horse which they knew I did not want.
I notified them within 24 hours of receiving the horse which was ill with open, festering sores filled with maggots and had Ring Bone. The horses temperament was not suitable for children as advertised.
Do not buy a horse from these persons. I am hoping to file a class action lawsuit. Please report your problems with these scam artists.

This report is totally false and inaccurate. This horse was in perfect health when he left our farm. As are all of our horses, he was inspected bya vet and given a clean bill of health on his Health Certificate which is required for a horse to be transported accross state lines.
Additionally, this horse was exactly as described. When Denver Clarkson Barry and his daughter Tracy (you should Google their names and learn about the source of this complaint. He has been described as a "career criminal", "scumbag", and accused of child abuse".) returned the horse, the transport showed up late at night and unannounced on easter weekend.Alisha hopped up on him bareback and rode him to the barn from the road in the dark and he was perfect. We have the drivers statements to verify this. We rode him, as well as other horses for them the following day, and they would not get on any of them. Some people are just not horse people.
We have an excellent reputation, and many, many references to attest to that. This site is really the scam, I would encourage you to Google it as well and see what other companies have to say about it. Cloaked under the guise of free speech, they are more than happy to remove the items if you pay their "fees". We are not willing to give into that, so instead we put the truth out, and hope that most of you will read it.
