Diamond Luxury & Sports ripoff Sells luxury cars BMW that have been in accidents with out letting the consumer know Scottsdale Arizona

On 02/27/06 We purchased a 2003 BMW from Diamond Luxury & Sport. We specificly asked for a car fax and were told "There is no need we don't deal in cars that have been wrecked." They told us if there were any problems not to worry because the vehicle was still under manufacturer warranty. It took 4 days to actually get our vehicle from Diamond and we spent the first month of our ownership at the BMW dealership using that warranty. We found out through our own car fax that the vehicle had indeed been in an accident with signifgant damage. The depolyment sensor for the air bags was bypassed to make the car appear that the air bags were in perfect working order. What if we were in an accident? That issue was the biggest for me as far as the machanics of the car. The car we traded in took 2 months for them to pay off and we had to continue making payments on that vehicle to prevent it from hitting our credit report. When we called they would simply tell us it would be paid off when it gets paid off. They come accross that they sell quality cars at better prices than the dealer, but they actually sell cars that were obtained dirt cheap due to collisions.... But still under warranty. (The warranty will expire in about 8 months) You the conmsumer will wind up paying the actual difference for repairs that are necessary but not covered under that great warranty. Pay the three thousand more and get a real car from a real car dealer (BMW)Diamond Luxury and Sports of Scottsdale will Rip You Off!
