DIAMOND ORO JEWELRY This store sold me a 10k pair of gold earrings and its not real gold. NEW YORK New York

I bought a pair of 10 k gold earring at this store. I did not use my earrings until a month or so later and my ears started to itch. I put them back on the box and didnt use them for a while.
Months went by and I went back to look at my gold earrings now they had turned into a rust color which was odd to me. I went back to the store and they told me that i had probably put them in some chemicals, which was not true. They were trying to put the blame on me but I know that the earrings had not been touched since the first time I had used them.
One man in the store cleaned it and it looked like gold again but I insisted on getting my money back but they didnt want to take any responsibility. They did want to negotiate by giving me another pair but since the first pair was a rip off I kept insisting on getting my money back.
I was getting frustrated that I had spent 50 dollars on a pair of fake earrings which probaly wasnt worth that money in the first place so I left the place with the fake earrings.
