Diamond Outdoor of the Carolinas Inc. Worst company I've ever dealt with! Nightmare that never ends Denton, North Carolina

There isn't enough room to describe my experience with Diamond Outdoor but after months of lies saying I was always on the schedule for next week then having no one show up with no explanation only to call and be told I was on schedule for "next week" week after week after week (literally months) I got law enforcement involved. Then and only then did the lies stop and the work begin. The quality of workmanship was acceptable but their business ethics are non-existent! To make things worse their contract requires you to pay in full before they begin the work! After months of lies how do you trust a company to finish a job that has been paid in advance? The only way I was able to was with a sheriff's detective breathing down their neck, that's how. To make matters worse it turns out their engineer designed my building smaller than what I had paid for and did Diamond Outdoor offer to refund the difference??? No! Did they apologize for their mistake? No! Will I recommend them to anyone ever? HELL NO! Like I said before, What A Nightmare!!!
