Weare part of a tournament that occurs every year on memorial day. Diamond Resorts International had sales people in our hotel target members of our tournament telling them to buy this package that you pay up front for to get a discount on the room rates for our trip the following year. We were implicitly told this could be used to book during Memorial Day 2016 for the weekend we are there and that we could book immediately. Not only could we not book immediately, we have waited 6 months and were just told the package can't be used the weekend we go there, making this package completely worthless to us. I spoke with a mamnager who had no care that his sales people knowingly misled all of us into purchasing these packages, and just repeated that the packages were non refundable. This company is unethical. They are theives. Don't spend your money with them.
