I spent 9 month communicating with Diamond Resorts Transitions department trying to transition out of my timeshare at Riviera Shores Resorts. During the initial inquiry, I need to satify the conditions which were only advertised that I had to up to date on maintenance fees. Since then, they changed and added the condition without communicating the change. During the inquiries, it was explained to me that I was inelligible due to my maintenance fees. 9 months later, they have added a condition that titles need to be free and clear. Other than the maintenance fees, my title was free and clear, and was gifted from a family member. This transfer is considered other than free and clear and disqualifies members like to to transition out of ownership, locking members in.
