Purchased phone on Sept 1st. Found immediately that is was not unlocked as they said it was. Used it on wifi for a few minutes. Within 14 minutes 33% of the battery drained. Could not contact seller because he took a 5 day weekend off for Rosh Hoshana. Finally got a hold of them. They wanted me to spend only $ dollars to ship the phone back to them.

When I recieved it, it was rattling around in the box unprotected. So, I ignored them and printed out a label from eBay like I am supposed to. The next weekend they took 4 days off. I get a message that I will be charged $20 for their missing no name crappy charger. Because I put it in such protective wrapping, they did not see it was on the bottom of the box, well away from the phone. At that time she did not speak of if or when she would give me a refund. I assumed she would. This is now the 14th. I have been without a phone since the 31st, waiting for my refund to purchase another. 

Since then I have waited, I contacted eBay to start a dispute. It is now the 30th. 30 days since i ordered their garbage they repeatedly sell to unsuspecting people like me. I do not have a refund. I do not have a phone. I am terminally ill and have not been able to talk to my nurses. I'm getting letters in the mail, and I have no way of calling them back. 

I just googled them and saw that best_deal_today is an unauthorized seller of used phones. Why isn't ebay protecting me?
