I purchased an I phone 5s gold 32g, that was sold as new, overstock, display or demo, factory unlocked.

The phone which has been going into a blue screen and restarting since I got it, is now stuck in restart.

I have taken the phone into my carrier who tried 5 differant ways to revive the phone. The wind up was they

lent us a phone pending our solution. The thing is they say what happened to this phone only happens to

phones that are what they call Jail Broken to unlock carrier, this would not be done to a new phone and a

new apple I phone comes with at Least a 90 day warranty. I asked this vendor and got told there was

NOTHING they will do. In closing They said in the first line of there ad on E BAY Satisfaction  Guaranteed.

They also stated the phone was a display or excess inventory. I guess I should have known better, but I

trusted there rating and sales volume as a postive thing. 189,000 transactions I thought I was safe, but

not so. I am sure what they are selling are USED or remanufactuered phones NOT NEW. Trade in's probly

that they are using E BAY to sell. ATTN; Class action Lawyer wanted.
