I bought thre beach cruises (one I had sent to my daughter at college) and 2 for me. Within the first couple times of riding each bike, the tires ALL went flat. I took 2 back to DICKS Sporting goods, paid for tubes and service only to be told that it was very common withthese bikes beacuse the rubber strip that is wrapped on inside on each rim is supposed to protect the tubes from getting poked by the spikes....well guess what....it doesn't work! Three bikes and six flats. One in Central CA and 2 in SO CA. I have spent money on tubes and labor....I complained to the company but nothing!

This is dangerous. People expect bikes to work and these don't. Is there a lawsuit to be had? How many others have had the same problem?
