DIAMONDS RESORTS INTERNATIONAL Selling under pressure Said yes to extension period but refuse after contratct signed Las Vegas Nevada

I bought a vacation sampler in August 2013, and we specifically asked if we could extend the 18 months period if we could not take any vacation within that time frame. The ladywho sold the sampler to us said yes befor we signed. Now, I am trying to get an extension period, but Diamonds Resorts International does not want to eventhough the admit that the sale lady lied to us. They said the contract stated 18 months without no regards what have been said bythe sale lady!  So, I completely paid $2295 for nothing.

Nous avons acheté des vacances comme membre comme essai avec Diamonds Resorts International et la vendeuse nous avait spécifié que nous pouvions demander l'extension de la période de 18 mois, mais Diamonds Resorts International refuse de nous octroyer une extension, malgré que le $2295US soit payé au complet. Ils confirme que la dame a menti, mais puisque c'estécrit 18 mois sur le contrat, ils ne veulent pas accorder d'extension.
