Sue called me as a home-owner to schedule an appointment to see my house the same day, on Saturday. Why was she waiting until the morning of Saturday for scheduling?

She got here on time (within 2 hours window she requested), opened the storm-door and the main door with no warning (no knocks, no door bell was used) almost running over me just like she would enter her own house!

She said that it will be just 3 minutes. Did she know already that this is the kind of house they are not interested in? Why she would then bother us? It takes time and effort to prepare a house for such visit when still living in the house (with kids). Doesn't she want the house to be perfect so her clients can see it in the best condition and hopefully sign a contrast? Isn't that in her own interest? On the end it was a total waste of our Saturday, read further.

The young couple that came with her were friendly and I showed them the main level, explaining some details.

When they walked to see downstairs, Sue stretched her hand towards me, blocking my way from entering MY stairs! She said something with no articulation (so that her clients wound not hear it?!) but I understood that she goes and I stay! Imagine that I had a dog in a closet or she would trip over because it might be dark there and she couldn't find a light switch. Would I be liable for her injuries?

She (and her clients) left the house using same rude style she let herself in, closing doors by herself behind her. This is not how our guests leave our house.

Minutes after they left she called me and addressed me by my fist name and she also mentioned my house's street name. She told me that she would like to cancel the appointment they had for today. I informed her that she was just here minutes ago. She hang up on me very quickly. I also found a voice mail from her on my cell phone with about 1 minute long conversation with (assuming) her clients.

She presented herself as a dominant, arrogant person with no manners.

Before hiring her, think twice.
