STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK.
Diane Cancro is one of the most dishonest and inhumane person I have ever had the nightnamare of working with. I am a hard working mother of 3 that recently went through a divorce. I wanted to provide my children a better life after our divorce settlement and I found Diane Cancro to be the realtor of one ofthe houses I was interested in.
In the beginning she acted like my best friend, empathizing with my on my situation and talking about how crazy her ex was and her boyfriend's ex was.
She was a very smooth operator and took advantage of my fragile state.
She wanted me to buy the most expensive house every time and kept guilting me into getting something cheaper and until I finally caved and bought a house that she said she thoroughly vetted the process with.
She CLAIMED she did all the due diligence that nothing was wrong with the house and everything would be perfect, she encouraged me not to find a person of my own and that I could "trust" her.
Turns out she did nothing. Nothing at all. She just wanted the quick sale. As soon as the sale was done and she got her percentage she was a 100% different person.
Now the house is falling apart and the inspector I hired said that any realtor that actually cared would have noticed this within minutes.
I HATE HER FOR DOING THIS!
She is Pure Evil.
This type of practice will eventually fail and she will get her day in court.
STAY AWAY -
When I finally did get in touch with her she laughed at me and told me it was not her problem. I would hire a lawyer but at this point I am broke because of the fixes I needed to do to my house.

I learned of this report by receiving an e-mail from a company: reputation management specialists, who alerted me to this report with the intent to have me pay them to monitor and clean up my on-line reputation. I have never met a woman by the name of Caroline Basset, I've never shown a house to anyone by that name, I've never sold a house to a single mom with three kids. As a single Mom myself, if anything, I am more protective in bringing other single Moms resources, and giving out free advice. I've been called many things in my life: "too nice" is the most common, "a fixer" who goes the extra mile, but, never, ever "evil". It's my guess that this company "reputation management specialists" possibly plants untrue and inflamatory posts in order to create a sense of fear and urgency. Or, I have an enemy out there that I don't know about.
