Diane Kerr Basically lied and scammed

This company represented themselves as if they were an insurance provider....they charged as much as an insurance provider. They are not. They only offer discount cards and savings information. They are no ACA. They do not qualify as an insurance provide, so you will be literally without insurance if you have this crap! Then, at the end of the year, you will be charged a penalty for not having ACA insurance. Let alone, what could happen to you and your family if anything major happened that you had to be entered into the hospital for! This is a horrible rip-off!

These people should not be in business. I found out what kind of crap they were REALLY offering when I received my confirmation e-mail. That was after I had paid! I immediately called to cancel. They canceled the Perennial care and said I would receive a refund in 5-10 days (?), but said I would have to call a different number, to cancel the vision, dental, and hearing. When I called, the lady argued with me, was very rude, and hung up on me! Then my husband called back. He had to call Twice because the first person cut him off.

They quickly gave him a cancellation code, and said he would get an eMail with the cancellation attached. We never got that email. I do not think he really cancelled it. I am calling the bank to investigate and get my money back due to a scam.....not messing with them anymore! Cancelling my card, too! This is a big scam.....do not take this fake insurance!!!
