Diane Van Ness - Katalin Eckstein Disturbing and Unethical Miami Florida

Great email feed. My hat goes off to those brave enough to report Diane Van Ness over the past year here on this site. This in spite of her aggressive, unethical nature. The truth needs to get out to the public so that they are informed in advance for the greater good of the children.

I, too, went through all of this and more with Diane Van Ness.

And now, the reporting of her partner on these cases, Dr. Katalin Eckstein? Excellent.

I, too, experienced the hot-tempered, aggressive, unethical behaviors of this young "doctor." To the point that it was hard to believe that she was, of all things, a psychologist. A doctor of human behavior.

Dr. Katalin Eckstein virtually ravaged my client endlessly for years, whom she met once briefly and never treated.

To the author of yesterday's report, Yes, she testified against my client, too. She never even treated my client. She never spoke to the real treating psychologist.

Unethical and illegal.

She did it telephonically, with no one in the courtroom to state a rebuttal. And yes, in my case, too, the only other person in the courtroom was Diane Van Ness.

This is complete control.

At whose cost?

Dr. Katalin Eckstein's "testimony" resulted in my client not being allowed to see his/her own children for four years. At the children's cost. At the holistic family's cost.

Based on what?

A series of custody battle reports. She quoted straight from reports. No first-hand knowledge.

I agree that Dr. Katalin Eckstein has clearly never been divorced before or she would know that these reports are authored by, and quoting from, attorneys and ex-husbands/wives who will say and do anything including perjury in order to win.

Never have I seen any "professional" allowed to testify about that which she never witnessed. From a person she never treated. Shame on Judge Celeste Muir for passively allowing it.

I agree with yesterday's author, in that I cannot figure out whether Katalin Eckstein knew or not about Diane Van Ness' extortion. I do know, however, that Katalin Eckstein did cancel visits between parent and child claiming lack of her own payments by first of month. I also know that no matter how religiously my client paid Katalin Eckstein, she continued to report to the court and court officers that my client was not paying her.

Endless extortion.

Katalin Eckstein should not be practicing, in my opinion.

Diane Van Ness should be disbarred, in my opinion.
