After my husband died 11/28/11 Jesse& Tammy Lacy& Julene Johnson kidnapped my children because their father had left the children everything and the custodial parent surviving automatically becomes in charge of everything money , assets ( houses & vehicles) Sheriff Mike Byrd ( now a convicted felon) helped hide the children from the mother Alisha in order for the family to brainwash the children in order for County Prosecutor to file a petition using Ruth McMaster in order to defraud Alfa by referring to a sealed divorce in order to make it look as though the children were abandoned and that nobody had legal rights besides the father.

Alisha was never served these because the family all were in on this one, but Alisha going to authorities w/custody papers getting no help ... Being high risk pregnant could not fight this strong political and brainwashing being done. So she had to try to get through to her kids via text but it seemed hopeless.... She kept going back and forth .. Meanwhile Ruth was granted conservator of the estate and immediately Julene and mainly Jesse got an order saying she could be taken advantage of so Jesse Lacy got all the money, but wouldn't give Ruth any so Alisha's own mother Helen Pierce went to stay..

Little Darin .. Alisha's oldest son told Helen how Mark watts defrauded Alfa so greedily ..Helen Pierce went to Mark Watts and during this time .. Lil Darin realized how wrong this was and called his mom and Alisha found them February 1st ,2012 and even texted the sheriff Mike Byrd that only wished her good luck that Helen was at the school trying to kidnap Andrew, but the school called DHS and made accusation of drug abuse so Alisha had to leave all 4 of her children at Ruths to go prove that she was drug free ... & the sheriffs dept never stepped in and said she is an AL resident that has been searching for her children ..

so when Alisha got back 3 of her children were there and Darin was in a car driving without a license & Alisha's father was calling 911 & nothing was done... I had to get my other 3 children home , but at about 2am lil Darin had been ran off the rd and killed ... The county& state lied on accident reports death certificates and a dr lied and said he had done surgery when the state said he wasn't injured he was killed .even the coroner lied on the death cert . Helen Pierce 's lawyer filed emergency petition in order to steal Darin jr life insurance from Alisha as well and DIANNE ELLIS HELPED HIM AND NEIL HARRIS THE JUDGE ... WENDY TYNES GAL , JUDGE BORIS...anybody that touched that case knew better ...

At the first emergency hearing Helen Pierce failed the drug test and Alisha passed so it should have been dismissed, but they had to act like I was JUST now getting custody and to give Alfa time to investigate they had Alisha come down for 2 more hearings and subjected her to a hair follicle that she drove from Mobile to Gulfport for and also the GAL coming into her home and all the while knowing this was right after her son was killed and grieving and had just had a baby. So they could distract me in thinking that they had the right to do this . I live in AL and I had just buried my son and DIANNE ELLIS eventually admitted to me if she could had stopped it she would have... Well when she gets that surprise each and every lawyer & judge that put me through that after my son died to help commit fraud ...should at the very least be disbarred and lose their license and judges should be put off the bench and all suspended forever from the court & legal system ... SHAME ON THEM FOR COVERING FRAUD AFTER ALISHA's son was killed.. This went to the media and the MBI investigated and turned it over to the DA & the DA has presented this to a grand Jury that hasn't sifted through all the evidence yet, but the Mobile AL media is all over this and waiting and the FBI just got involved due to the state level cover up & during this investigation the Sheriff of a Jackson County Ms office has resigned and became a convicted felon thanks to mobile FBI .. Tony Lawrence had 31 state indictments that he did nothing with so the FBI is watching closely my case is handled, but DIANNE ELLIS will get a bar complaint made... Alisha was just waiting for the grand jury.
