So which are you? A disgruntled bidder or just a total lemon? Your report, or should I say warning to the general public who may read this, is so full of bs and inaccuracies, it truly is laughable. Let's just take a very brief moment to pick it apart piece by piece...

You mean you worked on the penny auction script and do not even know that it is called a penny auction?

You stated...

After about 1 year we start recieving phone calls from customers of dibzees.com accussing my partner and I of rigging the bidding system to benefit the company so they never had to deliver the product to the customers.

And exactly where would customers find your contact information on the Dibzees site, in order to be able to contact you directly?

This scared us, with a little luck and investigation and speaking with Casey Everts he asked us to keep this quiet and offered to pay our firm 1.5 million euro's to take the heat and keep our mouths shut.

Wow... so a company that has clearly been losing money for quite a sustained period of time, managed to actually offer you 1.5 million euros (little over $2,000,000USD) just to supposedly keep your mouth shut about events that are clearly not taking place, as you claim. If that had been even slightly true, you would have taken the money, removed your direct contact information from the Dibzees website (which isn't even there as far as I am aware) and/or just simply changed your phone number. Better yet, you would most likely have run to the bank, as fast as your legs could carry you, banked your loot and soon thereafter, closed down your business and retired to the bahamas on your good fortune LOL. Seriously?..just how gullible do you think people are?

Is that right? I have been a member of Dibzees for over 4 years now and have received in excess of 300 items from them.. in fact I have received every single item that I have ever won there during this time and most of it was won for just pennies on the dollar. I also know of many other bidders that have also received all of the product that they have won whilst playing at Dibzees. As soon as you pay for your item, you receive an invoice via email with your purchase information on it and usually within a week or so, you will receive an email from them with the tracking information for your won item, so that you are able to track its whereabouts/delivery progress, online.

yet more complete and utter nonsense. I have personally won in excess of 300 auctions at Dibzees and if I was to add up the number of auctions won there by other bidders that I know, it would run into the thousands.

3. All of the money you spend will go into Casey's pocket.

I am pretty sure that most of monies spent at Dibzees, has ended up back in the pockets of the bidders that play there, by way of savings on the deals they have won. I would find it very hard to believe that Dibzees as a whole, runs in profit. For at least 2 years straight, it lost money on just about every auction it ever listed.

According to the customers complaints and our investigation your credit card will be charged over and over again for fake memberships to all sorts of differant online services Casey is a owner of.

The software system is very slick and good at capturing information. You will lose!

Never in the years that I have played at Dibzees, has Dibzees ever double charged my paypal account or credit card. I have never read any complaints from any other bidders claiming this has been the case either and as I stated above, I know a great number of the other bidders that play there.

In addition to this, how can they charge for fake memberships? Membership on Dibzees is free.. it is the members choice as to whether they purchase any bid pack or not. It is certainly not a paid membership, so how could they be charging over and over again, for something that is free? 

You Sir, are as I stated at the very outset of this rebuttle, are clearly either a disgruntled bidder or a total lemon! It really is that simple!

As you can see from my reponse, the report is full of bs and inaccuracies of gross proportions. I have been a member and played at Dibzees for over 4 years and have a lot of first hand experience of how things work there. I can tell you that Dibzees, in my own personal opinion, as a seasoned bidder on the penny auction circuit, that Dibzees has been one of the best sites out there for years now. 

1. You WILL receive any product that you win there.

2. You CAN win there.

3. Of course any profits that the site makes ends up in the pockets of the owners, just as with any profit making business, however, I am fairly confident that Dibzees has been running at a loss for years, and most of the monies spent there, has ended up in the pockets of the bidders that play there.
