didyousay.com Failed to deliver on promised custom item, Internet

On April 15th 2010 I ordered a custom size bamboo curtain from 'didyousay.com' through their website. with shipping I paid $525 by credit card. I was told it would take 2 weeks to make and I would get a tracking number when it shipped, via Fed Ex.

After a month I e-mailed to ask what the status was and was told another week.

3 weeks later I e-mailed again and was told it was accidentally shipped to another customer and that they would get it back, probably by the 19th June.

On June 20th I was told that the other customer was in Canada and that they did not ship it back via 'didyousay's' Fed Ex. account but by Canada Post and it would take another 6-10 days.

On June 24th I cancelled my credit card payment. They said that they would contact me when the curtain got there and I could pay again.

As of today, August 10th, NOTHING.

I believe that these people are total scam artists and that, based on others experience they should be investigated for wire fraud and their website closed down because they are still offering custom bamboo curtains.
