Cancelled before shipment. Weeks went by. Followed up with Mike for a status on the refund and that my next stop would be reach out to my bank. Got a text back telling me to go ahead and do what I need to do to get me refund because they don't use their bank Chase anymore. What? On a separate note, he was also supposed to refund me $10 for diet pills I did buy and were shipped to match the price the company sells via Amazon. Mike, the salesman never followed up on that either.
