I first became a customer in November 2012. I spoke to a physician and ordered 7-Keto DHEA and did not see any results, in fact I gained 2 pounds.
On December 21, 2012 I called and spoke with Patrick to order a two week supply of HCG for $150.00. I was leaving for vacation in two weeks and wanted to drop a couple pounds. He set up a complimentary consultation with a doctor, but said that this appointment would not stop my package from being shipped on December 21, 2012. Never did he tell me that all purchases are non-refundable and I was never emailed a receipt for my purchase. The doctor called me 10 minutes before our scheduled "complimentary" call and I missed his call because I was in a meeting at work.
On December 26, 2012 I received an email from UPS that my package was shipped. The next day, I received an email from UPS that Diet Doc canceled my shipment. At this time on December 27, 2012 I called and emailed the doctor appointment scheduler, Michelle Clisby, and said that I was no longer interested in doing the HCG diet, that my shipment was canceled, and the product was never received. I requested a refund of the $150.00.
I never heard back from anyone. I called again on December 31, 2012 and the woman in Accounts told me that I could not get a refund unless the doctor determined I was not eligible for the HCG diet. I said I NO LONGER wanted to take the prescription diet HCG product and to please issue a refund. She said she would have a manager call me back that day.
I never heard back from anyone. On January 2, 2013 a nurse called me and left a message, saying she wanted to review my medical history so that she could ship me the product. These people DON'T LISTEN. I missed her call but called Diet Doc today, January 3, 2013 and spoke with Matt. I explained I should not be FORCED to take medication I not longer want and to please issue my refund. Matt said he would relay the message to a manager.
The fact that they do not list their physical address on their website is a red flag. They refuse to communicate by email (they do not want paper trails) and they never send you a receipt for your files. BEWARE!
