Product advertized on Facebook as a pain reliever. After reading the policy of the company, I decided not to order but, when I clicked off of the policy page, the site ordered for me.

I tried to stop the shipment but was told it was too late. The only recourse I had was to call them back when I recieved the item and they would provide me with the information needed to send it back.

The product reached me on May10, 2017. They said it was ordered on May 4, 2017. As it comes with a 14 day free trail, I tried to call them them the same day I recieved it.

The phone number 1(800) 796-7089 didn't work. The e-mails I sent to help@support.biz couldn't be sent, because no such address. This information was provided on their ad and policy pages.

I ordered CBD oil through a facebook ad that stated "free bottle" when I placed the order it automaticaly showed two items one for $5.95 and another for $1.95.No mention of a subscription cost or cancel within 14 days,is what I was told by the person I spoke to from the comapany. My bank account was debeted $69.95.I cancelled my bank card and am contesting the charge through my bank.I think I will be more cautious with ads on Facebook in the future.
